Do you ensure that cleaning is carried out in accordance with COVID19 safe cleaning practices?

Answer: Yes, all of our team have had training in COVID-19 safe cleaning practices and we have cleaning checklists in place to ensure that we follow all required processes, including cleaning and sanitising all surfaces.

Can you provide cleaning teams when required for commercial cleaning?
Answer: Yes. We can provide a cleaning team to ensure the services we provide are coordinated and completed in the most efficient way. We can also be flexible with our start times and provide after hours cleans to suit your business needs.
Are you available to provide Airbnb/holiday property cleaning at short notice and / or with a quick turnaround?

Answer: Yes. We always do our best to ensure that any last minute bookings that require cleaning and / or linen services are scheduled for you. We are also set-up to provide a cleaning and set-up service for same day turnaround accommodation bookings.

Are your cleaners trained ?

Answer: Yes. All our team members and cleaners are trained in cleaning techniques and COVID safe procedures. We have a supervisor who monitors all our cleans and ensures quality control.

Can you provide linen for my airbnb / holiday property?

Answer: Yes.  We provide a linen hire services and can supply quality sheets, quilt covers, towels and other linen requirements for your property. We also provide a professional linen laundering and pressing service – this is available for your linen or ours.
